Directions to Park Place Health Care Center

North on I-35, to the Sun City exit, follow the frontage road to Williams Drive (1st stop light). Turn right and proceed to Austin Ave (2nd stop light), take a left and continue to 971 (3rd stop light). Turn right and we are on the left.

Stop by for a Visit

We welcome visits any day of the week, in fact, we encourage it! Family and friends are always welcome to participate in facility activities and outings. Pets and children are also encouraged to visit as they often brighten our Residents’ day.
